Program and Benefit Tracking
This feature centralizes key program and service information to see what’s happening in real time.
Key Jobs Supported:
- Creating Programs and Benefits
- Defining Benefit Types (e.g., Coaching)
- Rollups of essential metrics can be (for instance, count of all people enrolled in the program)
Setup Benefit Schedules and Sessions
This feature dramatically allows you to reduce the time needed to set up recurring services by creating benefit sessions and the process of adding participants to them.
Key Jobs Supported:
- Guided flow for assembling many sessions within a plan (rather than one by one)
- Guided flow for adding participants to a schedule
- Add or remove participants from individual sessions.
Enroll Participants
This feature identifies everyone enrolled in programs and helps to see trends, ensure you’re on track toward targets, and do capacity planning.
Key Jobs Supported:
- Tracking Program Enrollment (who is enrolled in programs) and Benefits Assignment (who is enrolled in a service)
- Define the number of Benefits a participant is assigned.
- Rollups of key metrics (e.g., benefits count).
Track Attendance
This feature reduces time and manual errors by streamlining how Service Providers take attendance.

- See the list of sessions coming up this week.
- See all participants expected to attend the session.
- Attendance data entry form to track whether the participant attended and for how long.
Track Units of Benefit Disbursed
This feature is a standard structure for capturing service delivery data that allows for real-time reporting on program performance.

- Track benefits disbursed for walk-ins in bulk.
- Track one-off benefits disbursed to individual participants.

Participant Profile
